the hospitle is clean and has amazing staff All the staff were polite and proffesional rhe Doctot was open with his /her information about my problem and i was treated with respect. The waiting area was clean and comfotable . my wait time was excellent.

in my opinion there was nothing you could have improved on reception - excellent waiting area very clean and comfortable Medical staff polite and proffesional what more could you do ! excellent

Waiting time far too long Having to go in and out to be seen n losing your seat when sent back out to the waiting area so most of the 5 hour wait spent stood

Was referred by Gp not a self referral Priority needs to looked at to save pts having to wait longer than needed

A&e are absolutely USELESS!!! They don’t care. They don’t see to you and they fob you off!

Yes everything needs improving! Literally every little thing. DRI is shocking.

Amazing standard of care from consultant to receptionist to plaster staff first visit after surgery was looked after really well , very kind compassionate and even wheeled me up to itu to a family member very poorly

You couldn’t have done anything any better I was treated with dignity and respect

I don't leave my house ambulance took me no carer or support dog was in 7 hours in waiting room was accosted by drunk man have ptsd panic attacks heart problems didn't want to go hospital but blood pressure high was having tingling in left breast I asked if it ea because of n12 when doctor saw me he shouted at me looked at me like a nuisance told me there was nothing wrong with me I needed to see a mental health team and sent me home distressed in night clothes at 3.30 in morning a ambulance picked me up on main road they thought I was suffering from dementia they said I should not have been left in my state wandering home

Had some compassion I was scared frightened and confused I also would not have gone in if nhs 111 had not contacted ambulance I stated several times to 111 that if heart was OK I wanted to stay at home safe
